That is the short shares availability. That datestamp that you see is the "last change" and indicates that the numerical value -10K shares - has not changed since that date. If you look just above the table, it will tel you the time it was last checked - in my case, at this moment, it says "28 minutes ago." The data is fresh, it just does not change very often.
