After a lot of work, we finally have coverage of the UK Financial Conduct Authority. The FCA is the British version of the SEC, and like the SEC, it requires companies doing business in the UK to make timely filings on a variety of subjects.
You will start seeing these documents in a few places: on the stock pages themselves (we renamed the "SEC Filings" tab to just "Filings" and for companies that have FCA filings, we've added an FCA Filings tab.
Additionally, you will see these documents in your dashboard. In the "SEC Filings" sections on your dashboard, we will start showing all the FCA filings we can find.
Note that you do not necessarily need to be following UK-listed companies to see these documents. Many large companies are dual-listed in the US and the UK, and for those that are (and that we can match), we will show you these documents automatically. For an example of one, try following GE.
Of course we would love feedback on this new milestone. Please let us know how it works for you and how we can improve this.
