We have just deployed an update to our global alerts. This is something that a lot of people have been asking for - essentially a way to provide more fine-grained control over receiving global alerts.
Originally, when you signed up for the Global Insider Alerts, we sent you an email any time anybody disclosed a "P" or an "S" trade. This is obviously a high-volume email list and it's been too much for a lot of people.
Our new approach allows more fine-grained control. In this next phase, we have provided just two global insider alerts: one for Purchases and one for Sales. The "Purchases" one will alert for any purchases, and as you would expect, the "Sales" one will alert for all insider sales.
In the next revision of this, we will provide more granularity on the total value of the insider trades. So for example, we'll have "Insider Purchases > $25K" or "Insider Purchases > $100K" and so on.
