Regarding List of Activist Investors

Below this list, I can't find investor of Vanguard, or BERKSHIRE and others. Is there a page with complete list of all investors? Or am I able to use Screens to pull out all investors?

There is no page with a complete list of investors. We have about 30,000 in the database so that would be pretty unweildly.

How can I call via the API using the CIK number of VistaEquity Partners, manager Robert F Smith? in order to see his portfolio holdings?
